3:00 A.M. in the morning.
Weather
conditions: No rain, but low clouds.
A local
Independence woman is awakened from a strange dream by a
bright light overhead through her bedroom skylight.
The dream was weird. "I was lying down on a
table, and someone was at my head on the right side over my
shoulder, and another person was at my feet on my right
side. They were pulling and tugging at something that
felt like a rope going through my body from my right
shoulder to my right hip area. It was very
uncomfortable, and hurt in my chest. I believe a
thumping feeling in my chest woke me up."
She goes on to say that she opened her eyes and noticed a
bright light shining in the skylight, and that what appeared
a first to be a plane was traveling from South to
North. "The object had a tail with a red flashing
light, and two wings with a red and green light on the
ends. The wings were very thin, and right next to the
tail, unlike a normal airplane. The body of the object
was long, with a squared off nose.
I
probably wouldn't have paid much attention to the thing
until I noticed that there were two very bright large white
lights underneath the plane at the front shining directly
downwards instead of the normal place where you would expect
front landing lights to be. It was also too high up to
be considered to be landing, and there is no airport near
here anyway. I KNOW this was NOT a plane!"
